About Me
I’m Daisy Coutts, a Consultant and Operations Leader with over 15 years’ experience helping organisations scale effectively, improve compliance, and deliver sustainable growth.
I’ve led transformation projects across the UK, Europe, and the US — building operational frameworks, leading ISO readiness programmes, and driving efficiencies that unlock commercial success. My work spans multiple sectors, including technology, financial services, and professional services, where I’ve helped teams turn complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies.
I also support businesses preparing for fundraising, debt financing, or M&A, ensuring leadership teams and investors have confidence in operational readiness and governance.
Until mid-2025, I was Director of Operations at GrantTree, where I led strategic planning, process optimisation, and people operations during periods of significant growth and change. After taking voluntary redundancy, I’ve enjoyed a reset and time to reflect — and am now excited to take on new challenges, either as a consultant or in a senior operational leadership role.
